The Dinner Angel, Cheryl O'Hara, has had a life-long passion for cooking.  As a young child, she loved to help her mother and grandmother in the kitchen.  As she grew older, her reputation for preparing gourmet family dinners earned her the nickname of "Chef Cher."

An avid student of the culinary arts, Chef Cher has been classically trained at L'Academie De Cuisine, one of the top 10 Culinary Schools in the United States.  She has been a student of Patrice Olivon, former Executive Chef of the French Embassy.  Her home library of cookbooks, with over 300 volumes, continues to grow as she broadens her culinary education.

Finally, after a career in higher education, both as a professor and administrator, Chef Cher is now indulging in her love of cooking by becoming a personal chef on a full-time basis.

Chef Cher is a member of the APPCA (American Personal and Private Chef Association) and the Woman Business Owners of Montgomery County, and is ServSafe Certified and insured.
